Step 1: Notify your Insurance Company

Contact your insurance company and lodge your motor vehicle claim. Nominate Maidstone Panelbeaters Ltd as your preferred repairer.
They will provide you with a claim number and an excess that may be applicable to your claim.

Step 2: Digital Photography of Damage

On arrival at Maidstone Panelbeaters Ltd we will get you to give fill out  a form with  your details and which insurance company  covers your protection on your vehicle. We will take digital photographs of the accident damage and gather all the necessary details.ie type of vehicle, model, year, engine number, chassis number to enable us to identify the correct car and be able to order and  price the necessary parts.

Step 3: Maidstone Panelbeaters Ltd Liases with your Insurance Company 

We will then send off all the photographs and complete assessment to  your insurance company.  We will liase with the insurance company on the best repair method for your vehicle. If your vehicle is still safe and roadworthy you will be able to drive your vehicle until we advise you to bring the vehicle in for repairs.

Step 4: Repair Method Confirmed

We will contact the insurance company and discuss the necessary  repairs and get approval to proceed with the repairs. We are approved repairers for most insurance companies, which means the insurance company may have already contacted us or in some instances we can commence the repair process immediately. Saves time and inconvenience. 

Step 5: Appointment to Repair

We will contact you and organise a convenient time to bring your car into our workshop. We will give you an estimated time it will take our team to bring your car back to pristine condition.

Step 6: Repairs Completed

Our qualified team at Maidstone Panelbeaters Ltd will carry out all the repairs in the nominated timeframe. Our precision alignment systems and specialist tradespeople will repair your vehicle back to manufacturers' specifications ensuring the road safety standard of your vehicle. Our state of the art paint shop will colour match and spraypaint the repairs to bring your vehicle back to look like new. Should we experience a delay we will contact you immediately to advise the delay.

Step 7: Pre-delivery Quality Control

Prior to contacting you our quality controller will check through  a 21 point checklist to ensure that all repairs meet our rigid quality control standards.

Step 8: Car Pick Up

We will contact you to advise that your vehicle is ready for collection.
